These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PySchool.ai (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- Do not share your login credentials or access tokens.
Subscriptions and payments
- Paid features are processed through our payment provider (Razorpay). Payment details (like card/bank information) are handled by the provider.
- You can cancel to stop future renewals, and access will continue until the end of your active billing period unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or in cases of verified duplicate or erroneous charges. For cancellations and our refund policy, see Cancellation & Refund.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the Service, attempt to bypass limits, or disrupt operations.
- Do not upload or share unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, and content (excluding your own code and submissions), is owned by PySchool.ai and/or its licensors.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error free.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
