Last updated: April 3, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PySchool.ai collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services.

Information we collect

  • Account data: email address and authentication identifiers used to sign you in.
  • Usage data: basic analytics about how pages are used (e.g. page views, clicks). We may use privacy-friendly analytics tools to understand site performance.
  • Learning content: your lesson progress, submissions, and code you run in the workspace.
  • Payments: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your full card/bank details on our servers.

How we use information

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Authenticate users and protect accounts.
  • Process subscriptions and confirm payments.
  • Provide support and respond to requests.

AI features

If you use AI tutoring features (such as generating hints), we may send the text you provide (and relevant context) to third-party AI providers to generate responses.

Advertising and Meta Pixel

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel on our website to measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and to understand how visitors interact with our site. The Meta Pixel collects information about your activity on our website, such as pages visited and actions taken (e.g. completing a registration).

Through Meta's Automatic Advanced Matching feature, we may also share hashed (anonymised) versions of the following information with Meta to help match your website activity to your Facebook profile for ad targeting and measurement purposes:

  • Email address
  • First and last name
  • Gender

This data is automatically hashed before it leaves your browser and is sent to Meta. Meta processes this data in accordance with its own Data Policy. You can opt out of interest-based advertising from Meta via your Facebook Ad Preferences.

Cookies and local storage

We use cookies and/or browser storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (like theme), and support core site functionality. We also use cookies set by third-party services such as the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement.

Sharing

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the Service (for example, authentication/hosting providers, analytics providers, advertising platforms, and payment processors). We do not sell your personal information.
